How Do I Get Started Designing Digital Scrapbook Kits?

I already digital scrapbook using Photoshop CS3. I am wanting to start designing my own kits and templates for sale… but I have no idea where to start. With the designing, that is – I have the whole blog/selling/marketing thing covered. But where can I find out more about designing?

What Is The Best Way To Organize The Different Embellishments, Kits, Etc For Digital Scrapbooking?

I have a ton of embellishments, kits, papers, etc that I have downloaded for my digital scrapbooking hobby. I need to figure out the best way to organize it all. Any advice would be appreciated?? Thanks.
